Theft. Suspect is a 19 year-old white male, 6’0”. While off duty, the Officer takes on a case that involves his stepfamily. A perp has reportedly stolen the Officer’s son’s motorcycle helmet and refuses to give it back. Upon confrontation, the suspect denies all culpability, but after a search of the premises, the helmet is discovered in the garage.
