Petty Theft 23-Year-old Caucasian Male 5’7 was caught stealing a sex toy from an Adult Book Store in the Mall. The Perp claimed his name was Luke Kennedy, but his only form of ID turned out to be fake. The boy was noncompliant and to answer direct questions. The boy attempted to unlock the door when the guard was out of the room. “Luke” was stripped naked and examined thoroughly, but still resisted the officer.
